Start a skin care routine now if you haven’t already, it’s not too late and in years to come you will look better for it.

Try a weekly facial for instance; try exfoliating to remove dead skin cells that might be making your skin look dull.
Cleanse your face first and then apply an exfoliating cream using your finger tips to make very light circular movements, massage the cream into the skin avoiding the delicate eye areas but not neglecting your neck. Rinse off with clean tepid water.
Exfoliating creams can contain some ingredients too harsh for some sensitive skins and so if you do have very sensitive skin choose your product carefully.
